About

Operations, from both sides of the system.

My career has taken me from running onboarding for a global organization to writing production code. Having worked on both sides of the system shapes how I approach everything I build.

I understand what leaders need to make decisions, what teams need to execute, and what it takes to build systems that keep working once the organization grows past them.

At Enam Co., I lead operations across people ops, IT, security, compliance, benefits, vendors, and the workplace, balancing day-to-day problem-solving with building processes that scale.

I'm a first-generation college graduate raised in a hardworking immigrant family, and I worked my way through UC Davis. Curiosity has carried me through every career change since, including teaching myself to code and moving from operations into software engineering at Cisco Meraki.

  1. 2026 to now

    Operations

    Enam Co.

    I lead operations for a Series A tech company, owning onboarding and offboarding, people ops, benefits, IT and security, compliance, vendor contracts, and facilities.

  2. 2022 to 2025

    Full-Stack Software Engineer

    Cisco Meraki

    After teaching myself to code, I completed Hack Reactor and an apprenticeship, then joined Meraki's Dashboard API team as a full-stack engineer. As a core engineer on Meraki Integrations and Analytics, I built REST APIs in Rails and PostgreSQL, along with React and TypeScript features used by thousands of network administrators. The platform went on to win the 2024 Postman Best API Award and the 2025 Developers' Choice Award. Along the way, I mentored early-career engineers and interns.

  3. 2018 to 2022

    Executive Operations & Programs

    Cisco Meraki

    Owned the programs that let Meraki's Global Technical Support organization grow across eight international regions. I designed and standardized global onboarding and enablement, led OKR and KPI governance with leadership, and delivered more than 20 offsites, launches, and events for groups of 5 to 500+.

    Executive Assistant

    Affirm

    Supported senior leadership at a high-growth fintech, with a focus on execution and employee experience. I planned Affirm's inaugural Sales Kickoff and turned it into a documented, repeatable framework, ran leadership offsites and company-wide events, and launched company-wide recognition and parental leave programs.

    Program Manager, Events & Operations

    A Touch of Grace Events

    Directed more than 80 large-scale client programs with six-figure budgets, led a team of five planners, and helped grow revenue fourfold. It's where I discovered my love for operations: turning someone's vision into a clear plan and an experience they'll remember.

How I work with AI

My starting point is always the operational need.

AI is part of how I work every day. I use it to sharpen ideas, surface problems early, and test solutions quickly, always in service of what the business and its people need.

Find the friction

The handoff that drops, the request that sits in someone's inbox, the spreadsheet nobody trusts. Fixing the process comes before automating it.

Automate with today's tools

I use Claude, Claude Cowork, and ChatGPT to build and run workflows across Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, and other software, using connectors and MCP to bring tools and context together. I match the platform to the task, shape the instructions and context, and refine the workflow through hands-on iteration.

Keep judgment human

AI can draft, sort, and summarize. Decisions about people, money, and trust stay with people, and I design workflows so that line is always clear.
